Information about our refund, cancellation, and return policies
This Return Policy outlines our procedures and policies for refunds, cancellations, and returns for both our rental services and product purchases. Due to the custom nature of our event décor and services, all sales are generally final, and deposits are non-refundable except as specified in this policy.
At zythkroz, we strive to provide exceptional event décor and photo zone installations that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines how we handle cancellations, refunds, and returns.
To secure your booking date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total quoted price. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event date. For larger events or custom installations, we may establish a payment schedule outlined in your Service Agreement.
Our cancellation policy for event styling services is as follows:
If you need to change your event date, we will do our best to accommodate the change, subject to our availability. Date change requests must be submitted in writing.
If we are unable to accommodate your new date, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
For outdoor events, if severe weather conditions make it impossible to proceed with the installation or event, we will work with you to:
Weather-related cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled setup time.
For rental items, a refundable damage deposit may be required, which will be specified in your rental agreement. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after the return and inspection of the rental items, less any charges for damages or missing items.
Cancellations for rental items follow the same policy as our event styling services.
All rental items must be returned in the same condition as they were provided, except for normal wear and tear. Items must be returned by the agreed-upon date specified in your rental agreement. Late returns may incur additional daily rental charges.
The client is responsible for any damage to rental items beyond normal wear and tear, or for any lost items. Charges for damages or losses will be deducted from your damage deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, you will be invoiced for the difference.
For custom-made décor items created specifically for your event or to your specifications:

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. Photographic evidence of the defect may be required.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond the reasonable control of the party. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, governmental actions, natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, or pandemic.
In the event of a force majeure situation, we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide credit towards future services.
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
